Over the past few years the rent has increased 4 - 5 % a year but conditions have declined.Parking is horrible unless you come home before 6.The rental office personnel has no idea of what they are doing.The clubhouse has become a fraternity house.The landlord-owned cable is very limited and speaking with them is a futile effort.They offer a DSL service but I have heard that it is not much faster than dial-up and you cannot get another provider to service the complex.
