Apartment Review for 1700 Walnut Street - Philadelphia, PA

I just lived at 1700 Walnut for 1 year in a 1BR. I am basically the perfect tenant: paid my rent in advance, never a complaint about me, very quiet. I had several problems in the apartment (including a leaky toilet) that I basically had to harass the maintenance to fix, which was absurd considering that I was paying $1250 to live in a box. When I asked to stay a month over my lease, the management wanted to charge an extra $162.50 for the month to a great tenant (I didn't stay). Then, they charged me $200 to get the carpet cleaned for what is normal wear and tear. Turchi is out to milk every penny from you. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the only nice person in the building was the doorman. They do not care one bit about their tenants, only that they get their ridiculously priced rent on time.
