Apartment Review for 1930 Chestnut Street - Philadelphia, PA

I've never actually lived in this building because when I arrived on the designated move-in day, my keys were unavailable and the apartment was not prepared. The entire unit was still being worked on; carpet had been partially torn up, there was exposed wood on the windows, the walls were in poor condition. It was evident that it was unable to be lived in, however, the leasing company refused to work with me and insisted that I could stay there until it was fixed (despite them telling me days before that it was "completely done and looked great"). Anyway, I ended up terminating my lease, so am unable to speak to the actual quality of living there. I did, however, just want to let anyone considering renting from Turchi Properties that I had a terrible experience with their leasing department and would not recommend renting from them.
