Apartment Review for 2100 Parkway - Philadelphia, PA

Love the building, area, architecture, and layout. No complaints there. However, the management company has not addressed any of the open items we "verbally" agreed to. These are small items like drywall and paint work that you would assume would be completed. Management was notified of this before lease signing and when arrived to sign lease it still had not been addressed. It has since been 3 weeks and management has only replied via email with "it will be completed." Nothing complete thus far. Karen Archibald from Phila Mgmt manages building and is only contact I have been able to reach from Phila Mgmt in regards. I don't not think she offers a commendable service. I would overall expect more service and response from mgmt when paying this type of rent.
