Apartment Review for 2400 Chestnut - Philadelphia, PA

I've lived in 2400 Chestnut for the past year and I would highly recommend it. The doormen and maintenance guys are all very helpful and prompt. The garage is convenient and very decently priced, 120/month for residents. Our apartment was old but we didn't have any mold, bug or rodent problems. The shuttle to Penn was also very convenient for cold/rainy days when you don't want to walk. Overall a great apartment building
