Apartment Review for 509 Vine Street - Philadelphia, PA

I moved in here a few months ago and have been happy with the place. Cool loft style apartments on the north side of Vine Street very close to Old City. For being this close to center city, it has a good parking situation, with its own surface parking lot in the back for reasonable price. Crime hasn't been an issue. I've never seen a break-in or anything like that. There are no security guards, but I see cops patrolling on a regular basis. Electronic prox-card access to lobby and to each floor. Young proffessionals mostly in the building. I can't see this is true city living, though. There is no corner store within a couple of blocks and only one restaurant (but it is really good). Would make this choice again to live here.
