Apartment Review for Ardleigh Gardens - Philadelphia, PA

I lived at Ardleigh Gardens from 2001-2002 and would recommend it or any Lindy Property. Management was friendly, helpful, and available. I never had a problem with noise. Public areas were well-maintained. Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was fixed immediately. (eg. call in the morning and it was fixed before I returned home from work). The building itself is in beautiful tree-lined East Mt. Airy. It's an easy walk to the XH, H, or 18 bus routes and a couple of blocks from Stenton train station. There's parking on-site if you want to drive. Only drawback I ever had is that you don't control your own heat, so in the winter it sometimes got to be too hot in the apartment and we actually had to turn on fans.
