This is the Worse complex ever in this lifetime that has ever existed!!! WOOdWard ProPerties SUCks!!! I have been here for only three months at the bala apts complex and I have experienced attempted break ins....horrible service from the office staffs...Ilene or Irene should be fired!! She treats the tenants with ver little respect.!  Need to rent an apartment?
