Apartment Review for Best City Homes Inc - Philadelphia, PA

This real estate company is in business to put up with you for a year, then scam the shit out of you. I know someone who rented from them and when it came time to get the security deposit back best city homes said he still owed him $1000 over the security check they already had. He said he had 1 small hole in a wall and didn't paint. How can that alone cost $1000? I moved out of my grimey apartment 3 weeks ago and when we called about the security deposit they said they won't send it til we move out!!?? Are they retarded? We moved out and handed in the keys weeks ago. Not only r they dumb for not knowing we moved out, but our lease date was up july 1. So they never checked back to see if we moved out??? My roommate passed the old apartment and saw people moved in with the balcony decorated and lights were on. Seems like another scam to me. They are a bunch of russian idiots who need to be shut down asap.
