Apartment Review for Bluegrassestates - Philadelphia, PA

I love it here. It is so very clean and the neighbors are nice. The management office really cares about the residents. Both Anne & Jo go all out of their way for all the residents. The pool was beautiful and well managed. Maintenance are quick to repair and very nice to residents. They also go out of their way to please. We bought a house and that is the only reason we are moving. Everything here is close to shopping, transporation and schools. No complaints from me. I rate Blue Grass Estates High.
