Apartment Review for Brookmont Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

They charge you for everything. Rent and pet fee are fine. They charge you $5 for trash removal (which should be included in the rent) Then they charge you a over the top water bill. My water bill was $57 this month. I know I did not use $57 worth of water. You don't pay that much in a whole house. Then they charge you $5 to send you a water bill. You pay to use the washer and dryer and to use the pool, but I am pretty sure I already paid for the water to full the pool and the water that I use in the washer machine. It is just CRAZY!! Then they had the nerve to install a washer and dryer in the bedroom above my bedroom, so I hear it everytime it goes on. DON'T MOVE HERE! There are cheaper apartments in the area and they don't nickel and dime you. I have looked and I can't wait to leave this apartment!
