Apartment Review for Brookshire Trace Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

Moved in on November, since the first the days there has been issues ranging from hardware i.e. bolts scattered in the apartment from maintenance personnel not cleaning up properly before they finished working to glass. Other problems with insulation, a horrible draft, and also the worst new a/c units with SEER rating 10! A semi good note with maintenance, when you called or made a verbal notice of a maintenance issue it got done promply within the last few months that has gone down. I have a water damage in my bedroom, its been like untouched for 2 months, a storm drain hangs in front of my apartment, with a 1 1/2 yr old daughter its dangerous with people that speed, they just put pesticide down in front of the apartments with no warning! So do your research before moving here, especially if you have children...
