Apartment Review for Canterbury Court Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

I just moved to another Apartment complex a few weeks ago. However, I must say that before I moved, I lived in Canterbury Court Apartments for 4 years. Let me start off by saying the office staff has to be some of the best people I've met. They are friendly, quick to respond and every time I dropped off my rent check, they would ask me how my day was or, how is the unit I'm living in. I lived in a Junior One Bed room apartment, and it was a all in all a good experience. Of course, this is a unit for one. I would not recommend this to a family or even a couple, they have other units for them. I would recommend this to a college student or someone who just wants to start off living alone. Maintenance at Canterbury Court is pretty good. Most of my problems would be resolved with in 24 hours of the complaint. For Example, my garbage disposal went out on me. It was the weekend, Sunday night I believe when I left Maintenance a message about it. The next day while I was at work, I had one of the Maintenance guys call me telling me that they were about to fix the disposal. I would say about 3 years into my stay, I had a minor Water bug problem during the summer time. But, a month into the summer, they must of sprayed because the number of water bugs I saw dropped big time. All in all the complex is quite. I mean, you hear neighbors shut their doors and he main hall door, but other than that, not to bad. In conclusion, My stay at Canterbury Court was pleasant. Staff was friendly, Maintenance was responsive and it was nice to look at. I will miss this place and I recommend this place to anyone looking for something of a country feel, in the city.
