Apartment Review for Chapelcroft Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

I have been living in this property for several years an cannot afford to move this place has always been a horrible dump. about a year ago a new manager came in and improvements started being made and i felt good that someone finally cared about us tenants. well for some reason shes not here anymore and the person who took over has no idea whats shes doing she sits in the office with her daughter and never takes care of tenants concerns, we recently have rifraf moving in people that make me afraid to leave my apartment at night. and i have seen this new manager drinking in the halls with the rifraf i guess shes moving her friends in.. im afraid to live here anymore.. i have contacted my daughter out of state and i will be moving with her. and alot of other tenants feel the same.
