Apartment Review for Chelten Arms Apt - Philadelphia, PA

It is now, 2008, I'm 55. This was my very first apartment per say out of NYC. The view, locale to the train station, park, etc. If you missed the train after your time you were stuck. However, I had a car and cd come & go. Loved the snow falling and watching people move about. At the time(who knows now) if you lived there you were snickered by inhabitants of the Alden Manor & such who do/did live in that close to Germantown. Let it be known the dividing line was Lincoln & Wissahicon Drive. It was wonderful to be myself and not depend on anyone else. A place to settle down with someone.
