Apartment Review for Cottage Court - Philadelphia, PA

The building is in Frankford section of Philadelphia. The neighborhood itself has been deteriorating over the past few years. The crime rate, drugs and violence is definately on the rise in that area. As for the building itself, the building is old and the floors squeak with every step. You can hear your neighbors as if they were right in the next room. The apt I had was always hott becasue the hot water pipes were running right under my floor (thats what the lanlord told me when i sent him a maintenance request to have the heat adjusted)and I had to run the AC in the winter to cool the place off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
