Apartment Review for Dobson Mills - Philadelphia, PA

As a current renter, I would like to suggest to anyone looking at Dobson Mills to honestly look somewhere else. We were fooled by the beautiful apartments; however, since the office staff has changed, living here is by far the worst decision my fiance and I have ever made. The office staff is beyond rude and have no clue what is going on in their own complex. Your packages are delivered to the office, but no one in the office let's you know they're there; so if someone sends you something and you don't know it, your package could sit there for months unless you want to have to go in to the office everyday and ask if you have one. And I wouldn't recommend that, because all they do is ruin your day. The hallways are disgusting, parking is always a problem (don't listen to them when they promise you a parking space) and when you put in a work order it takes forever for someone to actually fix the problem. my fiance and I went without heat in the middle of winter for 4 days before someone even came to the apartment to check on it. Honestly, my biggest complaint is the office and its staff. They have no clue how to run a complex or how to treat people with courtesy. It's down right pathetic and i can't wait until we can move out of here. I would recommend doing yourself a favor and choosing somewhere else. Don't get suckered in just because the place looks nice, I promise you'll regret it.
