Apartment Review for Edgewood Manor Ii Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

This place is by far the worst place I have EVER lived. Management Sucks! The District/Regional Manager is a CU*T, and the new manager leaves early every opportunity that he gets. they put in a "secured" entry, and have yet to keep the building secure. I have had bullets go thru my windows, crazy neighbours trying to burn the place down, mice, roaches, and even have to turn off my heat to get hot water. The city should demolish this place!
