Apartment Review for Gardens If Mt Airy - Philadelphia, PA

This apt building is the worst !!! they have every excuse in the world not to fix anything. I had leaks, holes, broken doors, mice and bugs !! I also had a bathroom leak that leaked 4 times. 1 time urine and another time bleach and they told me call the when it happens again !!!!!!! they alos made me py $300 bucks for something i didnt do. they also filed 2 false court reports against me and i had the pay the court fees even tho it was THEIR mistake. everybody in the main office is clueless and will act like they r there to help u but will screw you over at the same time. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT rent from this buildong which is run by lindy property !!!
