Apartment Review for Haldeman Manor Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

Since moving to Haldeman Manor in October of 2009, I have had nothing but a positive experince here. Everything is new. Kitchen, bath, electric heat, air conditioning, ceiling fan, paint and carpet. We only pay electric. Maintence is a non-issue. With Mike, our property manager and Joseph here full-time, most problems are taken care of the same day. And they always say hello and ask if everything is okay. Plenty of on-site parking for residents and guests. Public transportation at the door. Boulevard Plaza is next door featuring a Target and Shop Rite. The only problem could be a deer looking in the window. This is te Far-Northeast. Yes, this is a great place to live and I give it five stars! (No, I am not employed by Liss Property Group).
