These units appear to have been last rehabbed about 20 years ago, and they're badly in need work. Kitchen and bath fixtures and appliances are old and worn. The management company is entirely unresponsive and doesn't return phone calls or emails, nor do they address complaints. You can do much better in Old City.  Need to rent an apartment?
