Apartment Review for Joshua House Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

I have lived here at Joshua House for year and have had no issues. The apartments are nice and reasonably priced. I am at the end of my lease and my roommate intended on renewing while I moved closer to my job. This passed month we received a letter stating that we didn't pay our rent for the last two months. We have paid every month since we lived here. We went to the office with receipts from the online bill pay and bank statements. I was told that we had to contact the online rent payment vendor and find out where they put the money. Even though I thought it wasn't my responsibility to track down my missing payments I did call. We had a hard time getting them to get back to us and when they did they pointed the finger at Joshua House and said that our reference numbers were bogus even though they came from them in the email receipt. So now we are caught in a back and forth between Joshua House and RentPayments.com even though we have all of the documentation. This has been going on for almost a month with no resolution. They have threatened to attack my credit and start eviction proceedings even though I have sent them the proof a judge would accept. So now for no real reason we are going to be forced into a court battle over this matter. I do not recommend living here b/c of this. If someone can steal your money and then blame you for it and actually attack your credit, that is extremely concerning. I mean this as a warning b/c if it happened to me it could happen to you.
