The management STINKS!!!! THEY CHARGE Triple what you could find a great apartment for around the corner. I learned everything I didn't want in an apartment, a building, management, etc. My advice to you. TALK TO PEOPLE. I wish I had the more you learn the area you will see what deal you can get on an apartment in a great area!! Check out the Philadelphia weekely or the City Paper. They are free on about every corner!!! That is where you will find the best apartments! GOOD LUCK!
