Apartment Review for Juniper East Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

My fiancee has lived here for two years, and we're now thankfully buying a house and she's getting out. Manangement has gone downhill over the past two years pretty steadily, and the place is definitely overpriced, esp for a strip of Lombard that's always trashy with above-normal shadyness for that specific area. Maintenance requests are like pulling teeth sometimes, and there have been chronic problems with a/c, plumbing, etc. that keep coming back. Apt itself is nice, though, very interesting building. Also, the other night it sounded as is there was a gangbang going on a couple doors down. These effing people were out on their terrace going at it super hardcore from 2-5 am, no joke. It was amusing for 15 minutes, after that this broad wouldn't stut up with the moaning with mixed-in shrieks of pain (yeah, it was pretty raunchy).
