Apartment Review for Juniper East Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

The elevator went out of service for some sort of upgrade in October, was supposed to be done in November, and didn't come back in service until mid-December! You try walking up several flights for 2 months, with groceries and a small dog! Other than that, this place is falling apart and is being overtaken by mice and roaches. Management is very slow to respond to requests, ignores requests to not use mouse poison for the safetey of my dog, and takes multiple attempts (when they finally show up) to actually fix anything. Every couple of months there is a new manager in the office, so they must treat the employees as badly as they do the renters. I'm not staying, and you should stay away unless you want to pay a lot for a shoddy place!
