Apartment Review for Le Crillon - Philadelphia, PA

These apartments are beautifully located in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. The fixtures are top notch. Until things start breaking down. The management is not responsive to complaints or to requests for repairs. Leaking from the apartments above started within 1 month of our move. The apartments are across the street from at least 3 night clubs - very loud most nights of the week. Can't open the windows because they're old and broken. Over the past two years, the management never once cleaned the outside windows. There's supposed to be a gym, but it's located in the moldy basement. If you're ready to pay this much for rent, find other places to live where the management is not a slumlord.
