Apartment Review for Locust Point Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

My roommate and I lived in Locust Point for a year and would have recommended it to anyone before it was sold to a condo company. The management has become very unresponsive to tenants since the change. They are repointing the brick on the facade, and it's incredibly noisy. The noise starts before 7 AM, and has been going on for over a month. There has been no response to our complaints that we were told they would only be there for three weeks and would not start before 8 AM. I don't know if they'll still hve renters after all of the units are sold, but if they do, I would highly advise against it. Just as an added note...after many complaints the condo company gave us $500 off our last month's rent for signing a waiver saying we wouldn't be buying our unit. I was happy with this, but would have been happier without the noise in the first place.
