Apartment Review for Magerick Properties - Philadelphia, PA

This apartment was a terrible first experience my wife and I had the first 5 months we were married. The common areas were always dirty and not well kept. The landlady was rude and not very helpful at all. We fortunately were only subletting so we didn't have to be there for a full year. It took the landlady about a month to replace our broken fridge and garbage disposal. And she walked in to the apartment to show it to somebody without letting us know. Even though it explicitly states in her lease that the landlord must give the tenant 24 hours notice. For 1495 a month for a 1 bedroom you would expect better service. This place is not worth the money or aggravation
