Apartment Review for Manayunk Garden Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

I recently moved out of Manayunk Gardens and I would not recomend it to anyone. The apartment was very orrly insluated and it cost a fortune to heat in the winter. Also the management is trying to keep $150 of my secutity deposit for 3 verticle blinds that were not in the apt when I moved in. When I noticed the blinds were missing after I turned in the walk-through sheet I informed the property manager, per her instructions at the time I handed in the sheet, and was told it would be noted. Its a year later and the are trying to keep my money. Trust me, don't live there
