Apartment Review for Overmont House - Philadelphia, PA

The aprts. are small. The building is run without those living here in mind. We have tried to get a manager who will listen and take into mind the elderly and disabled who live her but it seems as in it will never happen. HUD and PMAM are set up to loop reports of prolems around and almost never really ever fixed. I wish the city would reform the HUD system and ask US what it is that needs to be done.
