Apartment Review for Paul Arndt Properties - Philadelphia, PA

Apartment conditions include mice and roaches. No working lights in the hallways. Some windows don't open and others don't shut. Baseboard heat is literally falling apart. Air conditioning does not work. I had to install my own smoke detector because landlord did not. Other necessary repairs took 3 months and withheld rent to repair. Landlord made promises of new renovations that were never done. DO NOT RENT FROM PAUL ARNDT!
