Apartment Review for Pelham Court Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

The apartment was owned by Woodward Properties. However, It was sold to Eli Management. There is no real super at the property. There are contracted employees from Brooklyn and they are more interested in repairing and renting the empty apartments than they are are maintaining. Apparently, they only get paid if they rent empty apartments making maintainence not a priority. Also, the building has many heat issues which management will not address.
