Apartment Review for Penn Wynn House - Philadelphia, PA

I lived her for one year only. I could not wait to end my lease. Management was very unprofessional. There was a fire in this high-rise about once every two months and management did not apologize or compensate people for the inconveniences caused by the fires. The grounds are always trashy looking, especially the back of the apartment building. And there are security issues in the back of the building. The pool is no longer in service. What a waste! Could be better with new managment.
