Apartment Review for Pennsylvania House - Philadelphia, PA

The location is great and the apartments very large, but the management is intimidating and untrustworthy- the building manager's, Judi, aim is to get everyone out of the building so they can renovate it and this means hell for residents- heat cut off in April, maintenance repairs causing more damage than they fixed and a refusal by Judi to speak with the residents about any issues. I would not recommend even looking at this building while she is in charge.
