Apartment Review for Presidential City Apartments. - Philadelphia, PA

I live in madison and the apartment really sucks!!!The so called elevator never works in a proper condition..though working it would take atleast 3-5mins to reach the 11th floor...coming to the maintenance this is the worst ever service..almost all the apartments are infested with bugs and the maintenance people claim no responsiblity for this...they charge you when complained about bugs and dont return you the whole advance money when you vacate the apartment...no matter how clean your house is bugs are always there...People who want to get into this apartment please be aware of all these things...more of it your health is important...dont end up paying to the doctor and insurance...i had to destroy all my things and also spent so much on the bug bites...so ppl never prefer presidential apartments....its similar with all the other buildings in this apartments...
