I am happy to have lived here for 12 years. The only problems are the ones that the tenants themselves create - noise, trash, not cleaning the dryer filters, etc. As a rule management is responsive to your needs or complaints. We have someone who even decorates our lobbys for each holiday to make it more festive.  Need to rent an apartment?
