Apartment Review for School Lane House - Philadelphia, PA

NEVER, NEVER RENT HERE. What people have to understand when you pay in the price range of $900-$1000 you expect a certain kind of service.

The management here sucks, all they do is hang around the front desk, talking about people how unprofessional, I swear they really need to go back to school to learn how to run a building because they suck at their job.

Why is it only one way to come in this building is in the front, if there are security issues, why don't they fix them!!!!!!

Not to mention the illegal practice they have in here, when you challenge them on issues. And what they will do and lie about to get you into these apartments, especially saying these apartments are sound proof. Even says it in their pamplet. NO SOUND PROOF IN THIS BUILDING

The type of people they put in here, the hot elevators, they really suck. Consistently having to have something fix in your apartment, because the work they do is horrible. If you want a place where they take your money and give you nothing in return, then this is place for you.
