Apartment Review for School Lane House - Philadelphia, PA

i've only lived here a month but i can tell the place is nice, from personal experience and talking to neighbors and such. our blinds were broken when we moved in, they fixed them within a couple days. they had to change our apt number and monica, who works in the leasing office, has been great about letting us check the old mailbox for missed mail and stuff. the only problem is that the walls arent entirely soundproof, my neighbors hear my tv and stuff. but there's AC in each room, works wonderfully and provides enough white noise so they cant hear me anymore (its been hot a couple days recently). maybe its because i just graduated and moved out of my slum college apartment but i've been very happy. tony is the maintenance guy, he lives in the building and is very nice and accessible. there's someone at the front desk 24/7 so no need to worry about chasing someone down for maintenance or anything. the pool is an extra $125 for memorial day through labor day, which kinda sucks but isnt that much more than any other pool membership. plus its right out your door. laundry facilities work, there's a small gym downstairs, and the view from my apt (7th floor) is amazing- i see the whole center city skyline. i'd definitely recommend this place.
