Apartment Review for School Lane House - Philadelphia, PA

I am a current tenant at School Lane and it is by far the worst place to live. New management is a bunch of clowns and have no idea what they are doing. Right now i have no heat or hot water, and when you call maintenance they have no idea. It is loud, the fire alarm is always going off, there are cops and ambulance are always out front. Washers and dryers do not work, and you end up spending 15 bucks just trying to get two loads of laundry done. Parking is extremely unsafe and there is constant vandalism. Maintenance just band-aids problems. The best part of all is there is an out patient mental ward on the first floor and even though there are aids to watch over them somehow they always wander through the hallways asking you where you live and begging for change. I am a young college student and I strongly suggest that no one should live here. It is extremely shady and unsafe. If you are looking for a place to live in East Falls just splurge a little more money and move into Alden Park. THE CHEAP RENT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OF LIVING IN THIS HELL HOLE!
