Apartment Review for School Lane House - Philadelphia, PA

I lived here from 2008 until 2010, 2 years too long! My ceiling fell in twice, my tub continues to peel because they use regular paint, there are mentally challenged people hanging around the first and second floors...(they linger and beg like homeless people). The gym is a joke, half of the equipment (what little there is) doesn t work. The elevators are always broken and sometimes smell like urine. Security? What security, just because you may or may not have to sign in doesn t make it secure. They control the heat so you are either cold or burning up and the old pipes in the building make very, very loud noises in the night. The laundry facilities are disgusting, they don t wash your clothes well at all and many of they dryers don t work...however you don t know that until you try them. I advise you not to move in, this is the only place I know where everyone I ve spoken to is ready to move out.
