Apartment Review for Spencer Place Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

i moved in this apartment complex thinking it safe and a great location to get to work, until one of my neighbors was robbed. the robber(s) used a key to get in. now i worried about my safety and my belongings. it sounds like a inside job and on top of that one of the maintenance guys said its happen alot here and at the other complex, so watch your stuff. i'm going to leave when my lease is up. the sad thing is i the rumors before and heard tenants talk about others missing things from their apartments now i starting to believe.
