Apartment Review for The Courts - Philadelphia, PA

As a parent I would not let my college student move in the Courts. The property manager Noemi enjoys drinking and partying with the students. Most of these kids are underage, so why does a middle aged woman get drunk with these kids. Is that what we send our children to college for? It's bad enough that we have to worry about our kids drinking and partying with their friends,but do we need this middle aged women helping them with this.
