The street is nice and quiet. There is a cute courtyard. The maintenance staff is helpful as are the doormen. Within 3 blocks from University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. In all apartments there is a W/D unit, garbage disposal, stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  Need to rent an apartment?
