First of all: Diane - so called, "da woman". The most unpleasant person you'll ever meet or talk to. Always busy, never easy to reach and... biatch. Very rude. Example - I left my chair on the balcony once and oh my. She left me such a rude message about violating the code, etc. I couldn't believe it. I mean, it's your 1st warning give people a break, don't make them feel like they just killed someone?! Very unprofessional and unpleasant lady - and she runs this place, so go figure.

As per the apartment itself - drying clothes takes forever, my power bill is skyrocketing every month. They have no Central Systems and the airconditioners that are in the rooms are lousy. They just run all night long running your power bill and they hardly make it cool. Get ready to sweat your a$$ off in the summer, because for those things to kick in so that you actually feel the cool air is like running after a train trying to catch it. And the walls - yeah, you'll have your neighbours knocking on the doors as soon as you watch the TV in your bedroom past the certain hour. No privacy. My neighbour probably knows everything about me.

The only nice person in this building is Doris. Very sweet lady, knows everyone by name (only her, trust me Diane doesn't care), and she greets you with smile everytime you walk pass her. Truly amazing individual. Everyone else on the shifts hardly says hi. Or once, when I went downstairs to get my friend - because for some reason, they didn't let her up; the concierge actually had balls to ask me "you live here?" after I came from upstairs, with my keys in my hands. Awfull.

Bottom line - it's always boiling hot in this place, or super cold in winter; you cannot have a comfortable temperature at this place and you'll pay arm and a leg to live here for what???

Consider going somewhere else within the area.
