Apartment Review for The Osborne Apartments - Philadelphia, PA

This place is not in the process nor in the near future going to be in the process of being remodeled. The tenants do not pay their rent because they place is unlivable and miserable. The landlord ignorant, very unprofessional and completely the opposite of what you will meet the day you sign that lease. I am not a previous nor a residing tenant, but I am someone with enough information to inform you of this horrible place. I will continue to bash this place until it is know that it's uninhabitable. Check out 4walls.com the landlord is trying to explain how wonderful it is, I mean the review he writes is so bad you can tell it's lies "he's an idiot" For me to have so much to say being an outsider in the situation and never living there. I stayed overnight at a friends once there I couldn't handle it. I have been into about 5 of the apartments and there are probably a total of 10 maybe 11 and they were all nasty, dirty and smelly and it was not the tenants faults they did everything they could to make living nicer. This place is not livable don't make that mistake and the pictures on 4walls had to be taken at a different apartment "promise"
